Word-Filled Wednesday

|

It's Wednesday 8.00am now in Singapore. Thank God for a new day to live for Him :-)

I have decided to participate in Word-Filled Wednesday. I saw it on Michelle's blog and have been greatly encouraged by her postings. This is my first post.

Thank God that He is our refuge and strength and He has promised that He will never leave us nor forsake us.

Thank God that He is my refuge and strength through these recent weeks as I strive to cope with the various stress and strain from the many challenges I am facing daily. God's presence with me has been a great consolation and strength as I learn to live for Him, love Him and serve Him and others. I thank God for the joy of trusting in Him and the strength and grace He has given to me, as I walk with our Lord Jesus Christ. It is so wonderful to belong to our Lord Jesus Christ and to know His love and faithfulness in so many ways daily. All praise and glory be to Him.

I enjoy photography. I took this photo at East Coast Beach, Singapore. Do visit my Around Singapore blog, if you have time, to look at more photos and places in Singapore.

Hope these 2 verses will be of encouragements to you today and everyday. Have a blessed day!

I've been thanking God for His stength this part little while, because there is no way I would have made it through on my own strength; mostly because I don't have much right now. I'm also thankful that He'll never leave me. Things may be tough but He won't leave me, even if other people do.
What a great God we serve, for accepting us as we are, loving us where we are, and carrying us when we can't carry on.
Have a blessed day, Nancie. It's only 6:30pm on Tuesday still over here!!!

So I am ahead of time over here :) Hope you have a good night rest.

"...I will never leave you or forsake you." How I needed to hear that this morning! Thank you, Nancie.

What a wonderful thing that we can have a Christian support group to receive encouragement from.

I loved you photos. It's such a soothing looking beach. I'm used to a rugged coastline with big crashing waves.

In the small amount of travel I've done, I like to sit at as many different beaches as possible and just marinate in the beauty.

That, is a beautiful beach. I've been inspired from your photo to add Singapore to the list of places to visit. I had imagined towering cities but to know there are places like this has really opened my eyes. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks, Marja. It is really very wonderful that we can have support and encouragement from fellow Christian. Thank God for these friendships.

Acorn, I glad you enjoy the beach too. I love to go to the beach. Wow, wouldn't it be so nice if you can visit Singapore one day and we get to meet? You will love Singapore as many tourists have been coming. We do have some nice tourist attractions places besides our towering buildings ;)

Jennifer, thanks for stopping by. I enjoy your blog too and the new beautiful look :)
